yes! after 3 mths of hardwork, blood & sweat! i finally move out of this place!

act cute only huh. HAHA. but anyways. i left tekong with much joy and sadness.
it felt weird aft a few days, to realize that i'm the only 1 at home, i'm so accustomed to have my section or platoon mates around me every single moment(yes, even when i sleep! haha i sleep with 7 other funny botaks!).

i began to miss the morning PT, the times we spent cleaning rifle and talking cock at the same time. i then realise that i love them so much. haha. 3mths of serious bonding alright! i will always remember. TARUS!

yes, i served as a team leader.. see my cute lil whistle? haha.
i struggled badly initially, not being able to get the group going, but. thank God for Pei Yun, the original leader, things began to get better on the 2nd day n onwards. i hope i have been a fun leader to u guys! HAHA! if not too bad x)

i pretty much learned alot about myself in these 3 days, my weakness, my strengths. and i thank God for this time as i get to know some of my male members better. namely nicholas & ernest. we even went to do pull ups together! HAH.

i enjoyed the whole camp very much. i love those preaching sessions! amazing amazing.

recruit chua returns

life at bmtc:

7 weeks in bmtc, life as a recruit is coming to an end. i probably just have 1.5 months to go!

i didn't have access to the net for the past 1 mth, thats the real reason why i haven been blogging, i'm not that lazy u see.

i've completed many trainings for the past 7 weeks which include

• range -> pass!
  
• fieldcamp --> i'll blog about this later on
• ippt --> i'm at silver now!

of coz included are also many other activites, but these are the few impt ones that i have to pass. and i have completed 2 of them! left with the official IPPT test.

i spent 6 days of the past week in the jungle, my WONDERFUL fieldcamp. i basically sleep,eat,talk, whatever u can think of(including using the natural toilet) in the forest. all these with my m16, my no.4 uniform and also the LBV vest. i describe fieldcamp with the following words.

• painful ( bites all over my body, heat rash as well!)
• dirty ( 1 uniform for the whole 6 days, how clean!)
• straining ( mental challenge from the tekan sessions.)
• satisfying, since i've completed it! HAHA. no complains man.

thank God for frens in and outside the army, i'm not that loveable, but still ppl love me anyway! even my section mates. hohoho. God is indeed Good all the time!!!

i have so much to post but yet so little time, to know more, simply give me a call. opening hours:

i'm slow to update, so sorry. has been a exciting week.

lets start with prayer meeting on tuesday at expo hall 8.

this is the first time i see people wearing suits for a PM, apparently our VIP is really VIP, his name: joshua hong, 3rd in line of the largest church in the world, DOUBLE PHD. poof!

His preaching was really the highlight of that session, i was pretty much captivated by the words that came out from his mouth. how simple but yet how deep in a sense. look not at the mountain, but at God's vision. the mountain is only that big, but well, God is bigger, he'll flatten it for u, IF u look His way!!! levelled GROUND!

that shut the voice of the devil in my mind totally. i love it!

God spoke to me during the PM as well, just a simple question. and i made a choice. can't explain too much. =)

next up is.. yeah on the way home.

my mum fell asleep after she boil the water on the stove, my whole house was burning hot, vapors on the windows. wow. but well, i reached in time, off the stove, look at the kettle, which was ORANGE. and i was smiling. peace of God really. no weapons formed against me shall prosper!!!

look at that, 42 emails when i came online after 3 days of absence.

bad week really, 2 weeks running, there seem to be a dark cloud moving together. the lightning seem to come through me often. it's becoming hard to control my emotions. roar! struggling but well, not falling... yet.

was listening to Sun's song at work, 你聽見了嗎 i think.. then i began to remember when i was in pri 4 or 5. super abused at home by my grandma. didn't live with my parents in the past. i ran away actually. walking a few kilometers all the way to my parent's stall in depot road, near CMPB. running away, just to find love, peace n protection. then i realise who really were the ones who protected me when the storm comes, when i was facing the giants of my life. almost cried at the moment, feeling super helpless at work. that song just played and i just felt comfort, from God really. the power of 1 song, amazing.

was lost in thoughts until huimin called out to me i think, haha, thank God for parents, thank God for Jesus,

now i run to Him instead.
