i'm aching all over. simple exercises + some basketball made the difference.
i realised that my mind is really weak.
started with 3 pullups, then 2, then 4?!?
yeah, the point where i was the most tired, while playing ball. i managed to pull 4 times. what a weak mind.
if only i told myself. KEEP GOING.
what would have happened?! 10? haha.
mind over flesh.
