Learning

As a young man I thought that when you became wise you would never

need to listen to anybody else.

Rather you would be the teacher and everyone else the learner.

However, the rule for success is that we never stop learning.

As soon as we cease learning we cease growing.

If we cease learning then we cease changing.

This is death. It is stagnancy.

The proud heart can't learn. The humble listen and grow.

The successful leader remains a learner all their days.
