Assumption

Don't assume people understood you.

Ask what they think you meant.

Don't assume the job has been done like you asked it to be.

Check it.This is not cynicism, distrust or bad delegation, it is wisdom.

Don't assume there are no mistakes in the production, have many review it.

Don't assume people have remembered what they were meant to do, remind them.

Don't assume people will act on their own initiative to accomplish the goals, these are rare people worth their weight in gold.

Don't assume people burn with the same fire for the vision as you do, fire them up morning and night.

Don't assume people are on track, focus them again and again.

Keep everybody achieving the vision.
