Saturation Week

Saturation week for dialect ministry, to go from door to door to invite ppl to come to our church... targeting the elderlys who can speak and understand either cantonese or hokkien... rushed down to toa payoh at 2pm... only to realise... that we can eat first before we go do the stuffs... a time of fellowship... with ivan n mei juan... talking mostly about the FOP last nite... and ivan said it was great... haha... oops... is me off flow or what?

veron is late... and still she walk wrong side and went to 3 different coffeeshop to look for us... i'm suppose to do saturation with her while ivan dose his with mei juan... wahaha... we had the same reaction there... EEEEE... lol! veron then shared with me her story of how she couldn't go for the FOP last nite...

she rushed down to SIS from work in cab... she didn't have enough cash to pay the driver... paid using credit card instead... but... the card reader of the cab is down... the driver drove her to a place full of restaurant... but no atm... then they tried to go to the dunno what plaza near SIS... only to find the WHOLE building vacant... LOL!!! in the end... took the cab home instead... worst case senario hor... sob sob...

talked to veron alot today... realised that her cell leader is one of the teacher in tanglin sec... phillip wan i think... also the counsellor IC for FOP... veron also failed twice in her driving test... and she is from the DRIVING SCHOOL!!! LOL TO THE FULLEST!!! her third try coming soon la... pray to God that wisdom come to her... anoint her hands + legs + coordination... haha... Smilezz...

off to block 58... our task = saturation at lvl 3, 2 and 1... and also confirm those who had interest to come earlier on in da week... the uncle at lvl 6 super lol... say tons of rubbish to veron... so CHIO... bo bian la.. LOL! lvl 3 was bad... couldn't get anyone interested... lvl 2 got 2 aunite... who almost immediately agreed to come... thanks to her son... who also talked to the neighbour for us! whaha... really must PRAISE THE LORD! lvl 1 = full of muslim so... bo bian... we got 2 more eldery to go! YEY!!!

i tot it was the end of my day... can go home liao... only to be told by veron to stay at braddell wait for mei juan to come... to pass her the remaining flyers... while wating at the bus stop... one US guy talked to me... holding a bible in his hand... he introduced himself as ELDER PAUL from The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter - Day Saints... think he trying to share the gospel with me... going to talk to me about prophets... then mei juan came... before he goes into the thing... we are off for more visitations... lol...

after everything, went to toa payoh central to meet janie... to round up everything that the toa payoh 2 team has done this week... we got 50 elderly coming for 16th anniversary i think... yey!
thats when i also realised that MOS BURGER got sell something call ---> Iced Milk Tea... quite nice also... weee~~ coz mei juan treat de... haha!

took a bus from dhoby ghaut mrt to boon lay... got some materials for cell grp gift to new frens then chiong home lo... finished my August Bible Reading!!! YEY!!! How u Finished Urs?
