Run Run Run~

i came up with a fitness regime!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
  • 4km run
  • sit up + stomach exercises!
  • pull ups!

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday!
  • Gym (If avaliable)
  • Basketball!!!
  • or simply do the 1,3,5 sets.

YEAH! i plan to succeed! more to be added in the future! Hello 6 pacs!
