Run Run Run~
i came up with a fitness regime!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
4km run
sit up + stomach exercises!
pull ups!
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday!
Gym (If avaliable)
Basketball!!!
or simply do the 1,3,5 sets.
YEAH! i plan to succeed! more to be added in the future! Hello 6 pacs!
