First Things First

The first thing to do is to do the first things first.

Build your business first before you build your house.

Weed the soil, plough the ground and plant the seed first before you go on a vacation.

Don't consume your first fruits. Give them to God. Then sow into the next year.

Live in a tent or a caravan until your income is secure.

Once the crop is harvested you can start building your own house.

Don't spend money you've earned, on liabilities.

Invest that money in assets that produce passive income.

Then you can spend the earnings of passive income on things you want.

This guarantees predictable income streams.
