Saul Or David?

The poor leader uses pressure to manipulate others into action.

They treat people unjustly, violating people's rights, trust and confidences.

They lead by intimidation.People can't breathe; they feel suffocated.

Poor leaders tell lies to get others to do what they want.

They use people for their own purposes and when their usefulness expires they are discarded.

Poor leaders create fear, mistrust and intrigue in the organisation.

People are manipulated into conformity for fear of arousing the anger of the leader.

Poor leaders use violence in their words.

They expect unquestioning, gagged, blind obedience.

Don't lead like Saul. Lead like David!
